Position Objectives:

The data entry assistant will be responsible for data collection, compilation, analysis and reporting to the Information Management and Reporting Officer at PHQ. He/she will submit all required data and reports to IMRO on weekly basis or on intervals as required.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

  • Design Program specific and general data collection tools.
  • Compilation, Analysis and Management of data.
  • Regular collection of data from the field staff.
  • Prepare data analysis dashboards and monitor activity, performance, or progress reports.
  • Facilitate the Program Management in development and designing of presentations and briefings.
  • Design and implementation of data reporting to support various levels of supervisors and managers in monitoring progress and improving program outcome.
  • Ensure quality, result oriented and timely reporting to Internal and External stakeholders. Regular field visits for data verification and monitoring.
  • Provision of accurate data for proper media coverage.
  • To set clear objectives and targets for data teams in the field to ensure that accurate data is collected and reported regularly.
  • Design and implementation of data collection tools and data flows to support public health programs.
  • To ensure high quality, timely, and impact-oriented reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • To set in place processes for accountability of field teams in supporting data collection and management.
  • To establish team work with other departments within the organization to ensure that project targets can be met jointly.
  • To establish key research components within each project to develop a culture of learning and translate knowledge gained into evidence-based programming.
  • To develop mechanisms for excellent data collection, management and analysis to support research, innovation, and learning Motivation through Inter Personnel Communication.
  • Contributes towards the overall goal and objectives of PRCS.
  • Works in line with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Principles.
  • Adheres to the Security rules and procedures.
  • Respects and observes the Staff Rules & Regulations of PRCS.
  • The employee may be asked to perform duties and tasks assigned by the management as well as to provide support to other departments if so required.

Education

  • 16 Years of Education

Experience

  • 1-year relevant experience with Masters

Skills/Competencies

  • Fluency in Urdu, English and Sindhi language
  • Flexibility to travel to the field areas on daily basis
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)

Domicile

Preference will be given to local candidates

Salary

PKR  50,000/month
